An Argentinian asado set on a working farm, where the grills run on wood and the smoke reaches the tables. Lasso is Glatt Kosher under ORB supervision, and the menu is built around fire: boneless and bone-in flanken, skirt steak, vacio, and produce pulled from the farm alongside it, down to grilled pineapple. Thursday nights bring live music; Sundays bring a petting zoo, pony rides and s'mores over an open flame, which makes it an unusually easy sell for families. Closed Friday and Saturday. Relaxed, outdoors, and genuinely different from anything else kosher in South Florida.
