LB Eatery & Wine is the chef-driven second act from Lady Baker, the Pembroke Pines artisanal bakery, and fermentation is the through-line. Sourdough pizzas come out of the same obsession that built the bakery's loaves; alongside them sit handmade pastas, bright small plates and specialty sandwiches, with natural wines chosen by a WSET-certified team. Dessert, unsurprisingly, comes from Lady Baker a few doors down in the same shopping centre. Brunch runs into dinner in a room that reads modern without trying too hard. A bakery that learned to pour wine.
