Three hundred seats facing the Atlantic on South Ponte Vedra Boulevard, and a kitchen that treats seafood and steak with equal seriousness. Lynda's opens with brussels sprouts and bang bang shrimp, then moves to seared salmon crowned with spicy crab, cioppino, whole fish, stuffed lobster, dry-aged steaks and prime rib in three sizes. Espresso caramel short rib is the one people describe to friends. Sunday brunch runs late morning into mid-afternoon, and happy hour fills the bar from three. The beach club behind it is private; the restaurant is not. Ocean on one side, a serious grill on the other.
