M Brothers cooks seasonal, globally minded plates for weekday lunch and six-night dinner service, with a lounge running through the middle of the day. The draw is the Culinary Passport series - a four-course tasting menu that changes monthly and travels, recent editions built around Marseille and Lebanon.
