Maison Noten LLC – Restaurant
A small French chocolate house on Pico Boulevard, opened in 2024 by three founders who grew up in France, and built so that the kitchen is visible from the pavement: stop at the window and you can watch the bonbons being made. Everything is handcrafted on site and deliberately sugar-conscious. The boxes come in royal blue and the classics run to almond paste and orange, Earl Grey, sesame and caramel, alongside candied fruits, fruit pastes, petal assortments and dairy-free bars folded with roasted coconut, raspberry or caramelised hazelnut. Open six days a week. Precise, quietly elegant work.
