Mandy's Juices has been a fixture on West 60th Street in Hialeah for decades, and the name undersells it: yes, the juices are squeezed from real fruit and can be spun with milk into shakes, but the counter behind them turns out proper Colombian food. Pandebonos and buñuelos, arepas filled with cheese, chicken or beef, chicharrones, empanadas by the dozen for anyone catering a party. Nothing processed, everything made in house. Open from eight most mornings. Generations of Hialeah regulars have been coming since high school, and still are.
