Third level of Trinoma, where the mall noise falls away and the Thai kitchen takes over. This is a Manila outpost of a Bangkok restaurant group, and the cooking keeps its accent: pad thai people order every single visit, vegetable spring rolls, grilled lemongrass chicken with a Northeastern-style dipping sauce, pineapple and salted egg fried rice. Mango sticky rice closes it out, as it should. The cocktails are worth a detour. Staff keep the room moving and cheerful through a long shopping day. Ten till nine, later at weekends.
