A tandoor-driven Indian kitchen and bar with rooms across Metro Manila, cooking North Indian food without softening it for the local palate. The clay oven does the heavy lifting - tandoori chicken and tandoori prawns, murgh malai tikka, mutton seekh kebab, salmon fish tikka - and the vegetarian half of the board more than holds its own, with tandoori broccoli, kur kuri bhindi and chutney wale aloo. Curries run to chicken makhani, saag chicken tikka, kadai paneer and palak paneer. Spices and marinades are prepared the same day. Plates are built to share; order accordingly.
