Ten thousand square feet of steakhouse off NW 19th Street, with a pool deck attached and a room that runs from 6:30am coffee to a late Saturday dinner. The wood grill is the centre of it: filet mignon, churrasco with roasted garlic confit, an Australian wagyu tomahawk ribeye built for sharing. Around that sit a serious crudo and sushi selection, wagyu dumplings and an American-style Kobe meatloaf that has become a signature.
