MICHELBOB'S – Restaurant

Michelbob's has been smoking Danish baby-back ribs in Collier County since 1979, and the Marco Island shop on Collier Boulevard is its dedicated take-out counter — call ahead, pick up, eat at home or on the beach. The board runs ribs by the half or full rack, rib-and-chicken combos, pulled pork sandwiches, steaks, burgers and sausages, with housemade baked beans, coleslaw and the kitchen's own barbecue sauce alongside. Party paks scale it up for a crowd. Locals treat it as the default order when nobody wants to cook. Ribs first, everything else second.
