This is where it began. The first Miller's Ale House opened in Jupiter in 1988, and the Center Street room still trades on that original formula — a long bar, a wall of screens and food that arrives by the armful. The signature Zingers come hand-breaded and sauced to order; past them are slow-roasted baby back ribs, Cajun shrimp pasta over fettuccine and a beer-battered English pub fish and chips under a heap of fries. Over thirty-five beers pour on tap. Regulars keep returning for the portions and the easy, unfussy room. A neighbourhood sports bar with a long memory.
