MILLER’S ALE HOUSE HOLLYWOOD – Restaurant

On Oakwood Boulevard in Hollywood, Miller's Ale House does the loud, generous, screen-lined thing it does everywhere, and does it late - the kitchen runs to 2am. Zingers lead: buttermilk-dipped, hand-breaded boneless chicken with a long list of sauces to choose between. Around them sit boom boom shrimp, barbecue baby back ribs, a Philly cheesesteak, English pub fish and chips and an eight-ounce Atlantic salmon cooked how you like it. Diners keep coming back for portions that overshoot expectations and bartenders who stay on top of a full room. A sports bar first, and unapologetic about it.
