The Kendall Miller's Ale House on North Kendall Drive brings the chain's whole act to south Miami-Dade: banks of screens, a long bar, and a kitchen serving into the early hours. Zingers are the headline - hand-breaded boneless chicken with nineteen sauces to argue over - and the Zingers Mountain Melt stacks them onto bacon-loaded cheese fries. There is real dinner food too: slow-roasted baby back ribs, Cajun shrimp pasta, a ribeye, an eight-ounce Atlantic salmon.
