An evening-only Latin grill on West MLK Boulevard, a short hop from Raymond James Stadium, that does not open its doors until five and stays lit until one on weekends. The grill does the talking: pollo a la parrilla, chuleta de cerdo, picanha cut thick. Around it sit the Venezuelan staples - cachapas, empanadas, a loaded hot dog that regularly defeats one person - and papelon to drink. Casual, group-friendly, built for after the game or after work. Late, smoky, and generous with the portions.
