The Aventura outpost of Moran Patisserie brings the same French-trained baking to West Dixie Highway, under Orthodox Rabbinical Board kosher supervision. The counter runs on viennoiserie — almond and hazelnut croissants, a whole basket of them if you are feeding a crowd — alongside macarons, tarts and mousse cakes, with the dulce de leche version the one people come back for. There is a proper breakfast too: avocado toast on brioche, eggs Benedict, croissant sandwiches. Small, precise, and busy from seven in the morning. Come early; the good pastry does not wait.
