Naked Farmer runs on one stubborn idea: give the vegetables the same attention as the protein. In Tampa that means Harvest Plates assembled to order - pick honey BBQ chicken thigh, grass-fed steak or roasted blue oyster mushroom, add a grain or greens, then two sides from charred broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, tomato tofu caprese, street cart corn. Seasonal plates rotate with what is actually growing, from a Backyard BBQ spread with mac and cheese and honey-glazed cornbread to a surf-and-turf of steak and Faroe Island salmon. Scratch cooking, sourced from farms nearby. Healthy food that eats like a real meal.
