NARBONA AT BOCA RATON – Restaurant
The Boca room of a Uruguayan farming family that has worked the same estate since 1909, and it runs as restaurant and market at once - bakery counter, serious coffee bar, and shelves of the farm's own cheeses, wines, meats and pastas to carry out. Breakfast rolls into a weekday three-course lunch and on into dinner. Empanadas are the calling card, short rib and spinach among them, and behind those sit spinach and potato gnocchi, lobster risotto, bolognese, branzino and the chivito uruguayo. Finish with pistachio gelato or a dulce de leche macaron.
