Tucked inside Waterford Plaza, the twelve-storey Class A tower on Rocky Point Island, this Nature's Table runs on office-block hours - doors at seven, done by three - and packs the room out at noon. Breakfast is scrambled-egg bowls, quesadillas and avocado toast; lunch swings to the California Club, Mediterranean chicken wraps and made-to-order salads, with tomato basil bisque and a daily soup rotation on the side.
