Large Greek wall murals, a full liquor bar and a kitchen that has been at it for years, tucked into Sea Park Plaza just off A1A in Satellite Beach. Niki's Rainbow cooks Greek and Lebanese side by side: gyro and lamb gyro platters, spinach pie, moussaka, stuffed grape leaves, hummus with warm pita, shawarma combos and a Lebanese salad, plus a substantial vegan and vegetarian section and a good deal that can be made gluten-free on request. Finish with baklava. Portions are generous, and diners tend to remember the staff as much as the food.
