נינג | Ning – Thai

Ning cooks Thai on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv and lets the wok do the talking. The pad thai comes in tamarind sauce with sriracha, sprouts, egg, coriander and lemon; pad see ew brings wide rice noodles with broccoli and carrot in a house soy; tom yam arrives with coconut milk, kaffir lime, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms over steamed jasmine rice. Green curry, a cashew stir-fry, green papaya salad, gyoza filled with chicken and vegetables. A good share of the menu is vegetarian and marked as such. Portions are honest, the chilli is real, and the whole thing is built for eating quickly.
