A Clearwater sushi-and-hibachi room that opens at half four and runs to ten, with ten hibachi tables for groups, quieter dining tables inside and seats out on the patio. The sushi bar turns out dragon, rainbow and super crunchy rolls alongside sashimi plates; the kitchen side covers chicken katsu, tonkatsu, shrimp tempura, teriyaki plates, ramen and bento boxes, with hibachi combinations like the Ichiban and the Surf and Turf. Chefs hand-inspect the fish. Straightforward, generous, and priced for a weeknight.
