The Hell's Kitchen outpost of the long-running Ollie's group, on West 42nd Street and open every day until late. The kitchen leans into Sichuan proper - the chilies and numbing peppercorns of western China - while still keeping the familiar Ollie's dishes that regulars have ordered at the group's other Broadway rooms for years. It is a big, fast, unfussy room built for the theatre crowd and the pre-curtain clock, with the kitchen running to ten and the doors to half past. Order boldly and let the peppercorns do their work.
