A Canadian shawarma chain that crossed the border, Osmow's runs a bright fast-casual counter on West Flagler Street — the first one it opened in Miami, and still trading past eleven every night. Order by protein: chicken, beef, lamb, falafel or vegetable, then choose the vehicle, whether a wrap, a bowl over rice, a salad or one of the loaded Oz boxes. The house signature is Chicken on the Rocks, crisped on the flat-top and finished with garlic and hot sauce. Stix Supreme runs it close. Baklava cheesecake for afters, and portions nobody could call cautious.
