The US 98 kitchen builds cheesesteaks to order, never under a heat lamp, and backs them with wings, burgers, loaded fries, po'boys and seafood. Nothing sits. Diners consistently say it is the closest they get to a real Philadelphia cheesesteak in Polk County, and that the wings deserve their own trip. Open late into the evening most nights. Straightforward, unpretentious and very hard to fault.
