POLLOS ROCOTO – Restaurant

A Peruvian polleria on Hanley Road built around the rotisserie, with a chifa streak running through the rest of the menu. Pollos Rocoto turns pollo a la brasa and pollo al horno with the sauces regulars insist are the real point, then goes wide: ceviche, ceviche de camarones, causa acevichada, shrimp causa, chicharrón de pescado and de calamar, chupe de pescado, arroz con mariscos, chaufa de pollo y chancho, lomo saltado, seco con frijoles and yuca a la huancaína. Recently expanded, and diners talk about Chef Jimmy's attention to detail.
