Order the Signature Crazy Burrito and you get three meats at once, steak, seasoned pork and chorizo, folded through rice, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Crazy Flamingos take the opposite route: tortillas deep-fried crisp around chicken or shredded beef before the cool toppings land on top. Birria tacos sell three at a time here. Everything is built to order, for pickup or for delivery, seven days a week, evenings included.
