Prime Grill & Bar has fed kosher Houston from Beechnut Street since 2023, and it is built as much for watching a game as for dinner - open kitchen, booths, a small bar, screens on. The cooking is Mediterranean and Middle Eastern: charcoal-grilled shawarma and kebabs, steaks, burgers, hummus and falafel, plus the kosher BBQ standards. Supervision is under Rabbi Terrenyo. Closed Saturdays and shutting early Fridays, as expected. Upscale enough to matter, casual enough to actually use.
