Bat-Ya'ar Farm – tour_agency

A ranch restaurant set deep in the Biriya Forest above the Galilee, where the tables look into the pines and the farm ages its own veal. The signature is nezid habokrim, a cowboys' stew of slow-cooked beef with root vegetables and beans. Steaks carry the menu: entrecote, fillet, sirloin, T-bone, porterhouse and veal rib, all served with oven vegetables and chimichurri. Around them sit forest-mushroom gnocchi with truffle, chestnut ravioli, farm bread with rotating dips, a substantial house burger and a plant-based version. Children get schnitzel and chips. The farm brews its own bragot. A horse-riding operation adjoins the site.
