Recoveco means nook, and Chefs Maria Teresa Gallina and Nicolas Martinez have built exactly that on SW 74th Street - a small South Miami room with an open kitchen and a menu that shifts with whatever is actually good that week. The plates are approachable without being predictable: roasted dry-aged chicken, wagyu ribeye in a banana au poivre. Michelin's inspectors have flagged it as a favorite. Open Wednesday through Saturday evenings only, which means booking ahead is not optional.
