Second Tampa presence of the Renzo's family, extending the Argentine group's wood-fire-and-wine formula — cocktails and Old World pours in the Bar Renzo's register alongside the parrilla tradition. The made-from-scratch creed holds across the group's ventures, from Josper-fired steaks to hand-folded empanadas. It suits late-night Malbec sessions, pre-dinner vermouth hours, group loyalists working the whole map, and Tampa diners who like their steakhouse family to include a proper bar. Takeout empanadas travel better than most of the genre.
