Rico Pan has been baking in Hialeah since 1996, running a Colombian bakery and restaurant on NW 67th Avenue with a second room over on NW 186th Street. The case is the draw - empanadas and arepas made fresh through the day - but the kitchen behind it turns out full traditional plates too. Doors open at seven in the morning, which is when the bread trade starts. Delivery and takeout available, wheelchair accessible at the main location. Thirty years of Colombian baking in one neighborhood.
