Downtown Orlando's agave temple on North Orange Avenue, opened in 2017 by restaurateurs Jason and Sue Chin with Michoacán-born chef partner Wendy Lopez honoring Mexico plate by plate. More than 150 tequilas and mezcals anchor the bar beside craft cocktails, with chef's tastings, happy hour, and private dining in the North Quarter room. Evenings only, closed Sundays. It suits mezcal students with syllabi, downtown date nights, Michoacán-faithful mole appetites, and Orlando diners who take their agave neat and their Mexican serious. OpenTable holds the tables; the back bar holds the education.
