Rocky Mountain Subs came to East Lake Road in 2019 when Jill Briggs moved the idea over from Morrison, Colorado, and the smoker is what makes it work: meats slow-smoked in-house up to fifteen hours over hickory, cherry, hard maple and apple. The board splits into Cosmos toasted subs, Rocky Mountain signature sandwiches and smoked specialty sandwiches, with smoked wings, salads, house sauces and dressings alongside. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. A Colorado sandwich shop that learned to smoke like a barbecue joint.
