Seed & Bean Market took the idea of a coffee shop and widened it - part cafe, part marketplace, with quality coffee at one end, craft beer at the other and food in between. The Fort Myers original sits on Broadway downtown, with a second room on West Venice Avenue. The pitch is comfort over polish: they call it the chillest atmosphere in the region and the crowd treats it that way, settling in for a long morning with a laptop or a slow afternoon pint. Regulars talk about it as a neighbourhood living room more than a coffee run. Rich, robust coffee, a beer list, and nobody rushing you out.
