Shogun Sushi took over the old Hao Wah space on South Dale Mabry in Tampa and turned it into an all-you-can-eat room that people actually rate - a wide board of sushi, sashimi and Japanese entrees, ordered in rounds rather than picked off a buffet line. Dinner runs from around thirty-three dollars a head, lunch from twenty-two, which is the whole proposition. Reviewers keep returning to the same points: the fish is fresh, the variety holds up over an hour, and the service keeps pace. Open late morning to ten most nights. Come hungry and pace yourself.
