The spit turns from mid-morning to the small hours, offering pargit, lamb, the original cut, or a mix of lamb and pargit, with a business plate for anyone eating properly. Salads and sides come standard. It is kosher under the city rabbinate, which means Friday afternoon it winds down and Saturday it stays dark. Come hungry, come late. That is rather the point.
