Kendall's premier Thai-and-Vietnamese room since 2007 in TJ Max Plaza on SW 117th Avenue, where Lyn cooks her family's inherited techniques beside a brother-in-law chef with 45 years at the wok and Sam works the floor on 33 years of service. Spring rolls, fresh rolls, steamed dumplings, and tom yum run all day, Tuesday through Sunday. It suits Kendall Thai loyalty, dumpling-first orders, family-technique connoisseurs, and regulars greeted by name at the door. Holiday closures are few and posted plainly, the room otherwise as dependable as its recipes.
