Snaps Kosher – Restaurant
A kosher kitchen on Hillside Boulevard that opens at four in the afternoon and covers a surprising amount of ground before it closes: sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs on one side, chicken plates, soups, salads and a run of Chinese dishes on the other, with a sushi bar working alongside. Closed Friday and Saturday, as expected. The associated Agripas Street concept brings Jerusalem-style Israeli cooking into the same orbit. Diners rate it at the top of Lakewood's list, which in a town this dense with kosher options is a real endorsement.
