SOUTH TAMPA CALI – Restaurant

The South Dale Mabry flagship of a small Tampa group built on a Real Food Only line that it actually holds to - antibiotic-free chicken, grass-fed beef, responsibly caught seafood, olive oil in every dressing. Bowls are the core, built to order across yellow, white or brown rice, spaghetti squash or udon, with the sauce chosen at the counter. Sourdough pizzas, wraps and salads fill the rest of the board, and weekend brunch runs until three. The room reopened in 2026 with a left-coast redesign and a rewritten menu. Diners consistently describe it as the rare healthy spot they return to for the food rather than the virtue.
