Taco 30A works the South Walton coast out of a truck parked on US-98 West, feeding 30A, Destin and Panama City Beach the kind of street tacos that beach days demand. The Oaxaca Macha taco is the one to order, with a Gringo taco for the kids and crispy cheesy variations for anyone who wants the tortilla to fight back. Burritos, quesadillas and taco bowls fill out the board. Weekdays only, eleven to eight, and the same kitchen takes on catering and private-chef dinners. Salt air, a walk-up window, and a taco that earns the drive.
