Tacos y Antojitos Emanuel grew out of a food truck into three Palm Beach County dining rooms, and the menu still reads like the truck: sizzling carne asada tacos, birria rich enough to dip, and pupusas made by hand. That last part matters - this is Mexican and Central American cooking sharing one kitchen, so the tortas, tostadas and fajitas combinadas sit alongside Salvadoran griddle work. Al pastor is handled properly. Diners note how clean the room is and how obviously family-run the operation feels. West Palm Beach eats here on purpose.
