Taqueria Guadalupana is Miami's version of street Mexican done without a dining room - a food truck operation on SW 7th Street in Little Havana, with sibling locations on West Flagler and SW 22nd Avenue. Carne asada, pollo and al pastor go into tacos, quesadillas and burritos with homemade salsa, and tortas and a steak tampiquena round it out. Outdoor seating, takeout, and traditional preparation with real spices rather than shortcuts. It has been feeding the neighborhood long enough to have a numbered second location, which is the only kind of expansion that counts.
