Taqueria Los Machetes brings Mexico City street-taco cooking to West Kendall, at SW 137th Avenue across from Tamiami Airport, and the hours are the tell: 6:30 in the evening until two in the morning, Tuesday through Saturday. This is a late-night taqueria, built for people eating after everything else has closed. Carne asada, al pastor, pollo and alambre come off the plancha into tortillas, with elote alongside.
