A waterfront bar that happens to serve some of the better food on Indian River Drive — Sebastian's Tiki Bar & Grill keeps nearly everything outdoors, with the widest sightline in town across the river. Pretzel bites with beer cheese, wings bone-in or boneless, a buffalo chicken sandwich, garlic shrimp and quesadillas anchor the menu, and Taco Tuesday has its own following. Fire pit, Adirondack chairs, cornhole, a full liquor bar and something on the calendar most nights. Locals and visitors mix easily; the loose Caribbean mood is the recurring note. Service can drag when the deck fills. Sunset forgives it.
