An old two-story house on Fifth Avenue in Zephyrhills, open only for the middle of the day, weekdays, eleven to two. Tina & Joe's makes its sandwiches and salads fresh each morning and the menu shows it: lobster rolls, lobster-stuffed avocado, a Cuban, chicken salad on a croissant, a tuna melt, broccoli cheddar soup, a quiche daily, and homemade key lime pie to finish. Seating is spread through the rooms of the house, which is half the charm. Diners talk about the plating as much as the portions. Lunch only. Worth building a day around.
