Downtown Pensacola's boozy ice cream counter, and the first Florida outpost of a New York brand that folds real spirits into premium ice cream. Pensacola natives Tony and Jen Lindberg opened it on North Palafox in late 2025, and the format sits between parlour and bar: scoops and pints from the case, flights for the indecisive, cocktails alongside, and a full run of alcohol-free flavours so nobody under twenty-one is stranded. Happy hour lands early in the afternoon with two-for-one scoops. Mixology classes and paint-and-sip nights fill the calendar. Dessert, licensed.
