A small pan-Asian kitchen on North Kendall Drive that refuses to pick one country and somehow makes that work. The menu crosses Japan, Korea, China and Thailand in a single sitting: pork gyoza, black garlic ramen, chicken teppanyaki, Young Chow fried rice, Korean sesame noodles and fried udon, Osaka fried shrimp, tteokbokki, pad Thai. Plates come out carefully arranged and larger than the prices suggest. What regulars mention most is the staff — the kind who recognise a face and start the usual order before you ask. Clean room, generous portions, no theatrics. It simply keeps delivering.
