The Fountains on South University Drive, a room built for big tables and long lunches. TooJay's opened its first deli on the island of Palm Beach in 1981 and has kept the recipes honest since: chopped liver served with rye and fresh vegetables, matzo ball soup, corned beef and pastrami sliced to order, and a Cuban grilled cheese that nods to South Florida with ham, corned beef, pickles and Swiss on grilled challah. Diners cite the portions and the in-house bakery with unusual consistency, from cheesecake to rugalach. Order less than you think you need.
