Fritay is the heart of it: griot, turkey and shrimp, all fried and served with plantain, alongside tasot kabrit, stewed goat and akra. If someone at the table is not in the mood for Haitian food, there are burgers, wings and fried chicken to fall back on. The room is set up for celebrations and the staff lean into birthdays. Flavor and hospitality earn the praise; service can be uneven on a busy night. Go for the griot.
