The counter builds them into egg sandwiches and Taylor ham egg and cheese, or spreads them with lox spread and a rotating set of specialty cream cheeses, including a smoked venison version made in house. Crumb cake, chicken salad and macaroni salad round out the case. The line is families and regulars, and it moves quickly. Go hungry.
